What is My Shows:
My Shows is a simple, private tracker for TV series, movies, and documentaries.
It helps you remember:
- What you’re watching
- What you want to watch later
- When new episodes or seasons are coming out
All data stays on your device.
How do I add a show or movie?
- Tap the ➕ (Add) button in the top-right corner.
- Enter the title.
- Choose whether it’s a Series or a Movie / Documentary.
- Select where you watch it (or type a custom service).
- Set its status (Watching, Watchlist, etc.).
- Tap Save.
That’s it — no account required.
What’s the difference between Series and Movie / Documentary?
- Series
- Track seasons and episodes
- Set weekly episode days and times
- Track upcoming season releases
- Movies / Documentaries
- No season or episode tracking
- Simple watchlist → watched workflow
The app automatically hides irrelevant fields based on your choice.
What does “Watching” vs “Watchlist” mean?
- Watching – You’re actively watching this now
- Watchlist – You plan to watch it later
- Completed / Watched – You’ve finished it
- Dropped – You stopped watching
These help you filter your list quickly.
How do episode schedules work?
For series:
- Set a New Episode Day
- Optionally add a time
- The app will show:
- “Today” when an episode airs
- Upcoming episodes in This Week
You can update this anytime.
Can I track upcoming seasons?
Yes.
- Turn on Next Season Release
- Pick a date
- Optionally enable a reminder
If reminders are enabled, you’ll get a notification on release day.
